Introducing Launch Fast for iPhone: Features and Beta Access

Launch Fast is now available on iPhone in TestFlight beta. Track your Amazon sales, advertising, keyword ranks, and payments in one app, then ask Launchie, the built-in AI agent, to help you understand what needs attention.
You can check the numbers yourself, ask a question about a particular product, or schedule daily and weekly ads audits. Launchie handles the analysis and reporting. You decide which changes to make in your Amazon account.
The beta is available to Launch Fast users who can connect their Amazon account. Here’s what you can do with it.
Check how your business is doing
Home brings sales, units, profit, refunds, and advertising performance into one view. Change the date range to review today or a longer period, and use the marketplace filter to focus on the market you want to check.
You can choose which charts appear, so your dashboard reflects how you review your business. Keep sales and profit visible for a quick check, or add ad spend, advertising cost of sales (ACOS), and total advertising cost of sales (TACOS) when you want to see how advertising relates to your sales.
That gives you a useful starting point when something changes. If sales rise but profit falls, you can look at ad spend, refunds, and costs before deciding what to investigate.
Profit takes account of advertising, refunds, Amazon fees, and the product costs you’ve entered. Some fees are estimated until settlement data is available, so treat the figure as a working estimate rather than your final accounting profit.
Keep inventory and product costs in view
The Products section shows your FBA products with their images, available inventory, and unit costs. It gives you a place to check stock while reviewing how those products are performing.
You can add or update a product’s cost of goods in the app. Launch Fast uses that cost when calculating profit as units sell. Keeping these costs up to date makes the profit view more useful than looking at sales alone.
Look beyond your total ad spend
Campaigns lets you review your advertising at campaign level. Open a campaign to inspect its performance over time, including spend, ad-attributed sales, clicks, and orders. You can also filter the campaign list by status or product.
The detail charts are configurable, so you can choose the numbers you want to compare. For example, look at spend alongside ad sales to see whether increased spending is being accompanied by increased attributed sales.
ACOS shows ad spend as a percentage of ad-attributed sales. It helps you compare efficiency, but it doesn’t tell you whether a campaign is profitable on its own. Your product margin and the purpose of the campaign still matter.
Use these screens to find the campaigns worth a closer look, then ask Launchie to help investigate them.

Follow your keyword rankings
Rank shows the products and keywords you’re tracking in Launch Fast. See current positions, inspect a keyword’s history, and filter for keywords on page one or those that have moved up or down.
Instead of reacting to a single position, you can look at the direction over time. If you’ve been investing in a product, this gives you another view of how its visibility is changing.
Rank movement can be reviewed alongside advertising performance, but a change in rank doesn’t by itself prove that an ad campaign caused it.

Ask Launchie what needs attention
Launchie is built into the app and can read your connected account data to answer questions in plain language. You don’t need to export a report and explain every column before asking for help.
Start with a question such as:
Which campaigns should I review first for wasted ad spend over the last seven complete days? Show the numbers behind your recommendations.
Or, when you want a broader review:
Compare my sales and advertising performance with the previous week. What changed, and what should I investigate first?
You can keep a conversation focused on one product or ask about the whole account. Saved conversations let you return to an earlier review, and visible tool activity shows when Launchie is looking up data.
This is where Launchie can take on the analysis and reporting work you might otherwise ask a PPC agency to do: examining performance, explaining changes, and suggesting where to focus your attention.
Launchie doesn’t automatically change bids, pause campaigns, or manage budgets. Review its reasoning against your margins and goals, then make the campaign changes you choose.

Schedule daily and weekly ads audits
You don’t have to start every review with a new conversation. Scheduled reports let you set up recurring analysis, choose the timing, and add instructions about what you want Launchie to examine.
A daily ads audit can help you spot recent changes that deserve attention. A weekly audit gives you more room to compare performance and decide what to work on next. Here are two examples of instructions you could use.
Daily ads audit
Review yesterday’s advertising performance. Flag unusual changes in spend, campaigns spending without attributed sales, and anything I should investigate. State how fresh the data is and avoid recommending changes from too little data.
Weekly ads audit
Review the last seven complete days against the previous seven. Compare spend, ad-attributed sales, and ACOS. Identify the campaigns and search terms I should review first, explain why, and separate observations from recommendations.
These are starting points for your instructions, not promises that every report will find a problem. Amazon’s reporting and attribution can update after the initial activity, so the daily review is an early check and the weekly review provides more context.
You can edit a report, pause it, resume it, or run it immediately. The app shows when your plan’s report slots are in use.

See your Amazon payments
Payments shows your open payment period and past statements. Check the current balance, sales and refunds posted so far, and the scheduled transfer information when it’s available.
This helps answer a different question from the sales dashboard: what has Amazon posted to your payment period?
You can move between statements to review previous periods. Amazon posts the full category breakdown when a statement closes. A scheduled transfer date refers to the transfer being initiated, not a guaranteed date for the money to arrive in your bank account.

Check sales without opening the app
Add a Launch Fast widget to your Home Screen for a quick look at performance. Choose Today, 7 days, or 30 days and the marketplace you want it to show. Different widget sizes give you different amounts of detail, and Lock Screen options are available too.
The widget updates periodically, so it’s useful for a glance between app visits rather than a live sales counter.
You can also enable sale push notifications and review the in-app notification feed. Alerts arrive as Launch Fast receives and processes the sale information.

Get started with the beta
You’ll need an iPhone running iOS 17 or later and a Launch Fast account that can connect to Amazon. If your Amazon connections are already set up, use that same Launch Fast account in the app.
Install the beta
- Install Apple’s TestFlight app, open the Launch Fast beta invite below, and follow the invitation to install Launch Fast.
- Sign in with your Launch Fast account. If you’re asked to protect Amazon access, complete the verification steps below.

Set up two-step verification (MFA)
Launch Fast uses two-step verification to protect access to your connected Amazon Seller and Ads data. If you already set up an authenticator for this account on the web, use that same Launch Fast entry when the app asks you to verify.
- On the Protect Amazon access screen, tap Add to Apple Passwords. Select your saved Launch Fast login, or tap + to add one using your Launch Fast email and launchfastlegacyx.com as the website.
- Open the saved Launch Fast entry in Passwords and find its current six-digit verification code. If you prefer another authenticator, copy the Setup key from Launch Fast and add it there instead.
- Return to Launch Fast and enter the code in the six boxes. The app checks it automatically; you can also tap Verify and continue if needed.
Use the code from your Launch Fast authenticator entry, not your Amazon sign-in code or a code sent by email or text. If the screen says Verify it’s you, your authenticator is already set up. Enter its current code without adding the setup key again.

Connect Amazon and let your data sync
- In Launch Fast on the web, open Settings → Amazon and connect your Amazon seller account. Connect Amazon Ads separately to use the advertising views and audits.
- Allow roughly an hour for the initial data sync. The time can vary, and the app shows connection and sync states if data isn’t ready yet.
Once your data is ready, start with Home, then open Campaigns or ask Launchie your first question.
The app also supports iPad, with layouts adapted for the larger screen.
Help shape the final release
This is a beta, and Launch Fast users will help improve it before the final release. Use it in your regular workflow and let us know where something doesn’t work as expected.
To report a bug, open Settings → Report a bug in the app. Include what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead.
